is the senior member of the world famous “Winans Family” gospel group from Detroit, Michigan. David has three Grammy Awards with The Winans Family. As a solo artist, he also has won three Detroit Music Awards, two for “Outstanding Christian Recording” and one for “Outstanding Production” for his band “PI”. David is president of David Winans Productions and has over thirty-six years in the music business. He is an accomplished vocalist and musician playing guitar, bass and piano.
